Boston flourishing with Biotech companies - seeking to tap into Academic Talent Pools

The Greater Boston area is a hub of the largest growing network of biotech inventors and innovators in the United States, which includes a range of biotechnology and pharmaceutical giants, medical research institutions, non-profit disease foundations, and life science ventures. All these institutions are tapping into the vast pool of fresh talent being produced by Massachusetts’ universities with ardent life sciences programs.

The MassBio Council is working hand-in-hand with pharma companies in Massachusetts, to bring in motivated, intelligent and passionate individuals to contribute to the life sciences industry through various internship programs, every year. While this talent pool is being nourished and groomed by the nation’s most accomplished minds, it is also an effort towards bridging the gap in diversity in the workplace.
